Quotation and order approval
These terms apply to orders for the chain-link products listed on this website: galvanized and color-coated chain-link fabric, chain-link posts and rails, chain-link gates, chain-link fittings and hardware, and complete chain-link material packages. A request for information or pricing is not an order. Review the written quotation and obtain confirmation of the agreed products, quantities and arrangements before approval. The seller and order-specific details are identified in the quotation and invoice.
Specifications and supplied scope
Check the specified chain-link fabric, posts, rails, gates, fittings and hardware, including dimensions, finishes and quantities, before approving the order. Identify required specifications, samples and agreed tolerances in the order documents. Confirm project suitability and component compatibility; website illustrations do not replace the agreed specification.
Deposits and payment
A deposit is required before order processing, sourcing or production. The accepted quotation sets the amount and payment schedule. Remaining balances are due under those terms, generally before shipment unless agreed otherwise in writing. Follow the payment instructions provided for the order.
Changes and supplier commitments
Materials may be ordered or manufactured for a specific project. Send change or cancellation requests promptly and obtain written acceptance. An unconfirmed request does not change the order. Order deposits are nonrefundable under the agreed terms, subject to applicable law and written exceptions.
Delivery and product appearance
Manufacturing and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Availability, supplier changes, transportation disruption and customs processing can affect timing. Reasonable differences in finish or appearance may occur between batches; any agreed samples and tolerances belong in the order documents. This does not excuse incorrect or defective goods.
Supply-only responsibilities
Materials supply does not automatically include installation, engineering, permits, site preparation or unloading. Additional services or responsibilities must be expressly included in the written agreement. Confirm receiving access, equipment and labor before dispatch.
Order issues and applicable rights
Report damaged, defective, incorrect or missing materials promptly with your order reference and supporting details. Read the Returns & Cancellations Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy with these terms. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
