Order deposits

Deposits are nonrefundable under the agreed order terms, subject to applicable law and any written exceptions. The accepted quotation identifies the deposit and payment requirements.

Confirmed orders and commitments

This policy applies to galvanized and color-coated chain-link fabric, chain-link posts and rails, chain-link gates, chain-link fittings and hardware, and complete chain-link material packages ordered from this website. Cancellations, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted once an order has been confirmed and supplier commitments made. Any exception requires written agreement and remains subject to applicable law. Refer to your accepted quotation for the conditions that apply to your chain-link products.

Requests before commitments

Contact info@chainlinksupplyco.com promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Ask for written confirmation of its status and how the request and any payment will be treated. Sending a request alone does not cancel the order or authorize a refund.

Requesting an exception

Send the order reference, reason for the request, and relevant photographs or documents. Obtain written approval and return arrangements before shipping materials. Do not send goods to an unconfirmed return address.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing goods

Inspect materials and packaging when received. Record visible issues where possible, take photographs and report them promptly with the order reference. General cancellation provisions do not remove legal rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrect or missing goods.

Approved refunds

When a refund for a chain-link product order is approved, the amount, method and processing arrangements are confirmed in writing for that case.
