Destination and freight scope
This policy covers delivery of the chain-link products listed on this website, including galvanized and color-coated fabric, posts and rails, gates, fittings and hardware, and complete material packages. Provide the delivery ZIP or destination, site access information and requested timing. Delivery coverage, freight charges and destination responsibilities are confirmed in the quotation. International freight and any customs or import arrangements are not included automatically.
Estimated schedules
Manufacturing, dispatch and delivery timing are estimates. Product availability, supplier changes, transport disruption and customs processing can affect schedules. Use the written order arrangements when coordinating receiving and subsequent project work.
Access and unloading
Confirm the delivery address, site contact, receiving hours, vehicle restrictions, unloading equipment, labor and safe receiving space before dispatch. Do not assume unloading or pickup is included; these arrangements must be expressly agreed for the order.
Inspect on arrival
Have the quotation and material list available. Check packaging and materials for visible damage, shortages or discrepancies. Where possible, record issues on the delivery paperwork, photograph the goods and packaging, and email info@chainlinksupplyco.com promptly with the order reference.
Delivery issues
Keep the delivery records and supporting photographs. Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items are reviewed under the Returns & Cancellations Policy and applicable rights. Contact the team before returning any goods.
